Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "f333" or "the Platform" refers to the online betting and casino service operated at f333bet.app, including all associated subdomains, applications, and services.
• "Account" means a registered user account on the f333 platform, created by completing the registration process and accepting these Terms & Conditions.
• "Player", "User", "You", or "Your" refers to any individual who registers for or uses the f333 platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's f333 account, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet tokens, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by f333.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed on a sporting event, casino game, virtual game, or other outcome made available through the f333 platform.
• "BDT" or "৳" refers to the Bangladeshi Taka, the sole currency used for all transactions on the f333 platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process f333 uses to confirm the identity and eligibility of Players.
• "AML" means Anti-Money Laundering — the policies and procedures f333 applies to prevent the use of the platform for financial crime.
• "Terms" means these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, as updated from time to time.

Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account, logging in, depositing funds, or placing any Bet on the f333 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in full, together with f333's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the f333 platform. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the amended version.

Eligibility & Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

The f333 platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any Bet on f333. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. f333 will verify your age as part of the KYC process, and accounts found to belong to individuals under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

The f333 platform is operated for and directed at players based in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using the f333 platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. f333 does not accept registrations from jurisdictions where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.

3.3 One Account Per Player

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the f333 platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or through related individuals — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances. If you suspect a duplicate account has been created in your name, contact support immediately.

3.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid contact details. f333 reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify the information provided. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.5 Account Verification (KYC)

f333 conducts KYC checks in compliance with applicable AML standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national identification card, passport, or driving licence; a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming your address; and proof of ownership of the payment method used to deposit. Withdrawals may be withheld until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your f333 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

f333 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel. If you receive any communication claiming to be from f333 and requesting your password, treat it as fraudulent and report it to [email protected] immediately.

You agree to notify f333 without delay if you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person. f333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials or where you have delayed reporting suspected unauthorised access.

f333 may impose additional security measures, including two-factor authentication prompts, login verification emails, or temporary account locks, at its discretion. These measures are designed to protect your account and you agree to cooperate with them.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

f333 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). f333 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may impose their own charges.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction and daily limits vary by payment method and account verification status. f333 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your f333 balance instantly upon confirmed receipt of funds. Dutch-Bangla Bank transfers may take up to two business hours to reflect in your balance. f333 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers or banking infrastructure outside its control.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of the request being submitted, subject to any pending KYC verification requirements. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account registered in your own name and that matches the details provided at registration. f333 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal it deems unusual or high-risk.

5.5 Withdrawal from Bonus Funds

Bonus Funds credited to your account cannot be withdrawn directly. They must first be converted to real-money balance by meeting the applicable wagering requirements set out in the relevant promotion's terms. Real-money balance resulting from completed wagering requirements may then be withdrawn in the normal manner.

Bonuses & Promotions

f333 offers various bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer at the time it is made available. In addition, the following general bonus rules apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise.

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players only. f333 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion, including restricting certain promotions to new Players, specific geographic regions, or specific payment methods.
• Standard wagering requirements for welcome and deposit bonuses are 30x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise. Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports bets typically contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 20%; slots contribute 100%; and table game bets may contribute 10% or less.
• Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from them expire if wagering requirements are not completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited, unless the specific promotion states a different expiry period.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, and per device. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses by registering additional accounts constitute multi-accounting and will result in permanent suspension.
• f333 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or discontinue any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is withdrawn after a Player has already opted in, f333 will honour the promotion on the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
• Winnings from free bets are credited as Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements unless the specific promotion states that winnings are credited as real-money balance.

Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All Bets placed on the f333 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport or market, as published in the relevant section of the platform. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with these rules before placing a Bet. Once a Bet has been accepted and confirmed by f333, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

f333 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any Bet at its sole discretion, including where the Bet exceeds published maximum stake limits, where a market has been suspended, or where f333 has reason to believe the Bet is placed in bad faith. f333 may impose stake restrictions on individual accounts where betting patterns suggest systematic exploitation of pricing errors.

7.3 Errors & Obvious Mistakes

In the event that a Bet is accepted at odds that were posted in error due to a technical fault, data feed failure, or human error, f333 reserves the right to void such Bets and return stakes to the Player's balance. This includes cases where odds posted were clearly disproportionate to the correct market price. f333 will notify affected Players of any void decisions within 48 hours.

7.4 Abandoned & Postponed Events

If a sporting event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before the minimum completion threshold specified in the relevant sport's rules, all single Bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. Accumulator Bets may have the relevant selection treated as a void leg depending on the accumulator rules applicable to that sport.

7.5 Dispute of Bet Settlement

If you believe a Bet has been settled incorrectly, you must raise a dispute within 72 hours of the Bet being settled by contacting f333 support. Disputes raised after this window may not be reviewed. f333's settlement decisions, made in accordance with the applicable sport's rules, are final.

Casino & Games

The f333 casino and slots products are provided by third-party software providers including, but not limited to, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. All games are governed by their respective RNG (Random Number Generator) systems, which are independently certified by the relevant provider. f333 does not manipulate game outcomes.

All casino game outcomes are final once a game round has been completed and the result displayed on screen. In the event of a disconnection during a game round, the round will be completed according to the game engine's logic, and the resulting outcome will stand. f333 is not liable for losses incurred due to player-side connectivity issues.

f333 reserves the right to suspend or remove any game from its casino lobby at any time without prior notice, including where a technical fault has been identified in a game's RNG or pay-table configuration.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the f333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may be referred to relevant authorities where criminal activity is suspected.

• Multi-accounting: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under your own name or through a third party acting on your behalf.
• Bonus abuse: Systematically exploiting promotional offers, including using multiple accounts, fictitious identities, or coordinated activity with other players to claim bonuses beyond their intended scope.
• Arbitrage betting: Placing Bets across multiple outcomes or platforms to guarantee a profit regardless of result, in a manner that constitutes systematic exploitation of f333's pricing.
• Automated betting: Using bots, scripts, macros, AI tools, or any automated means to place Bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform in any way.
• Match-fixing and insider information: Placing Bets with the benefit of material non-public information, or in connection with any attempt to influence the outcome of a sporting event.
• Money laundering: Using the f333 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for purposes unrelated to genuine gambling activity, in contravention of applicable AML legislation.
• Chargebacks: Initiating payment chargebacks or reversals with your bank or payment provider while retaining winnings derived from the deposited funds.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players in real-money poker, live casino, or other multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage over other participants.

Responsible Gaming

f333 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and minimising harm to Players and their families. The platform provides a range of tools that all registered Players may use to manage their gambling activity. These tools are available at no cost and take effect promptly upon request.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a defined period. Once the limit is reached, further Bets are declined until the period resets.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been logged in and active for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to six months. During this period you will not be able to log in or place Bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account and block access to the f333 platform for a minimum of five years. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible during the exclusion period.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any f333 content without prior written permission.

The f333 brand name, logo, and associated marks are proprietary identifiers. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context — including on third-party websites, social media, or marketing materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute infringement of f333's intellectual property rights.

Privacy & Data Protection

f333 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

f333 uses your personal data primarily to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, deliver customer support, and comply with applicable legal obligations including KYC and AML requirements. f333 does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, f333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses resulting from:

• Technical failures, server outages, or interruptions to the platform's availability.
• Errors in odds compilation or game data provided by third-party data suppliers.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any decision made by f333 to void a Bet, suspend a market, or restrict an account in accordance with these Terms.

f333's total aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes f333's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your f333 account, a Bet settlement, a payment, or any other aspect of the platform, you should contact the f333 support team in the first instance by emailing [email protected] with a clear description of the issue and any supporting evidence.

f333 aims to acknowledge all complaints within 24 hours and to provide a substantive response within five business days. Complex disputes may require additional time; f333 will keep you informed of progress throughout the process.

If you are not satisfied with f333's resolution of a complaint, you may escalate the matter in writing to f333's compliance team. All escalated disputes will be reviewed by a senior member of the team who was not involved in the original decision.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any unresolved dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the relevant jurisdiction.

Amendments to These Terms

f333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to wagering requirements, withdrawal conditions, or Player rights — f333 will provide at least seven days' advance notice by email to registered Players and by a prominent notice on the platform.

For non-material amendments (such as clarifications of existing provisions, corrections of typographical errors, or updates to contact information), f333 may update these Terms without prior notice, with the amendment taking effect upon publication.

Your continued use of the f333 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your account by contacting support.
